Fish and chips was good. But it could have been cooked a little crispier. The batter wasn't really crunchy. It's been a few years since we've been here. The last time I got this it was a true thick battered crunchy fish and chips. My granddaughter got the buttered noodles from the kids menu and they were very undercooked. She likes al dente, but these were not even that. We had six of us in our party and overall everybody was pleased.

Lazy dog is a great restraunt with an awesome patio. The only problem is, which maybe isnt for some, is all the dogs there. I get it, its supposed to be dog friendly but there was constant barking when we were there and then someone leaving had a big dog that walked by our table and peed on my chair....alot lol 😆 not much you can do but it kinda killed the relaxing patio vibe for me.

We finally made it to Lazy Dog for the first time, and wowwwwww what an incredible experience! The food was straight-up amazing: flavorful, fresh, and perfectly portioned. Everything we ordered hit the spot, and the portions are generous without feeling overwhelming. Service was timely and spot-on from the moment we sat down. Our server, Julian, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Such a sweetie pie! He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and just had this genuine warmth that made the whole meal feel special. He checked in at just the right times without ever hovering even with a massive birthday party next to us: total pro! We loved the fun touches too: the retro "TV dinners" on the to-go menu (such a cool nostalgic vibe, and they looked delicious!), plus the special "Dog plates" for our furry friends. It's clear Lazy Dog thinks of everything, including the pups. We got 6 to take home! This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last; we're already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for great food, awesome service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Lazy Dog delivers on every level. Highly recommend!! 5 stars all the way! Thank you, Julian and the team, you made our night! 🐶🍽️

Nyla, the manager at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, truly went above and beyond. We had an Uber Eats order that never arrived, and she handled the situation with so much kindness and professionalism. Nyla was incredibly apologetic and made sure our order was replaced without hesitation. Her genuine care and excellent customer service completely turned around a frustrating experience. Managers like Nyla are the reason people stay loyal to a restaurant. Thank you for making us feel valued!

I’ve visited Lazy Dog several times before and generally had acceptable experiences, which makes today’s visit especially disappointing and hard to overlook. The food quality was noticeably below expectations. The bacon burger was quite dry and lacked seasoning. The sticky ribs had great flavor, but unfortunately the meat was overcooked—very dry and tough. The only item that still stood out positively was the bacon candy, which remained excellent. However, the most upsetting issue was related to cleanliness and service. The plate served to me was clearly not washed at all—both the top and bottom were covered with old, dried food. When I informed the server, she reacted with shock and simply took the plate away. There was no explanation and no apology. This raised serious concerns for me about overall hygiene standards, and I am honestly considering whether this location should be inspected by the health department. To make matters worse, I ordered two combo meals that **included desserts**. I did not request anything extra—desserts were part of the combo—but they were never brought out. Even after I asked for my order to be packed to go and the table had already been cleared, the desserts were still not served. When I asked again, I was told I would receive “one” dessert, which made no sense since two combos were ordered. After waiting an additional 30 minutes with no follow-up, I gave up, asked for the check, and left. Throughout this process, the server showed little concern over the missing desserts, despite the tip being calculated on the full bill that included them. I’m sharing this review not to be unfair, but because this experience fell far below what I expect from Lazy Dog—especially regarding cleanliness, communication, and basic accountability. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly.
