One of your employees, a tall, overweight employee out of uniform, treated someone in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. It was disappointing to see this type of behavior, especially from someone who represents your company. I hope appropriate measures are taken to ensure better treatment of both customers and staff in the future. I was so frustrated by that scene that I left with my daughter without buying anything, and I will never return to that store. I don't agree with that scene. The girl went inside very sad.👎

However the service is extremely poor, and the staff are not welcoming or friendly at all. 2 days ago I went with my son who was super excited to get Kolaches and apparently the system was down and they only accepted cash. Fortunately I did have cash, but when I asked a staff member if I could get a Kolache with a $20 bill the response was a scowl and a condescending "Well I don't think you can unless you get a lot of Kolaches, I don't have change". I think the owner would be really disappointed that the employees treat customers who want to give their money to this establishment. Why not answer with a smile and say "absolutely! I'll see what I can do."
