Going to start saving my receipts or counting my tortillas in the isle, lol but serious always a get over. THIS IS TRUE NEVER THE AMOUNT THEY CLAIM ON THE BAG COULD BE FROM MANUFACTURER WHICH IS HEB OR SOMBODY PUTTING THEIR GRIMY FINGERS IN THE BAGS FOR LUNCH.

That being said people that go there spend too much time socializing being in the way not considerate of other shoppers and simply trying to figure out life whether is shopping or parking. Lastly there are cart returns for a reason they are not there as landmarks so use them there is nothing worse than trying to park in a stall with 5 carts cause they are too lazy to walk it to the cart return rant over. Everything was going good as it always does when we visit this Joe Vs even tho is always crazy busy it always seems to be flowing very smoothly and my family and I are in and out. Today we were at a register waiting to check out 2 customers with separate orders in front of us, we understand that technology not always cooperates or works as intended to at times. The register needed to be reset for the first customers they got done with their transaction, 2nd customer got through and then the register started having issues once again, I'm guessing it was the lead or mgr on duty even tho they did not conduct themselves that way the one working on rebooting the machine both times but she was getting extremely frustrated she came and put a closed sign at the end of our groceries pretty much shoving our groceries to put the sign, we asked if it would be possible to move our stuff to another register since the one right next to us was open and nobody there, the lead was again rude when someone asked is the machine was down she stated it needed to be rebooted and Theeey dint want to wait! After checking out my wife still told her thank you and she responded with a nice solid Mmmhhmmm. No sorry for the inconvenience or trouble, offering us to move after the the 1st or second time the machine went down or atleast letting the customers know what was going on and got bothered when we asked if it was possible to move to the next register. I dont want to put her name on here but I hope this message finds you and you try to do a little better.
