But the new HEBs are absolutely not affordable. Joe Vs is the answer. HEB quality for Dollar Tree prices. Go with a shopping bag if you don't plan on shopping much. Peak hours are pure madness inside Joe Vs, and folks can be rude and inconsiderate at those times. Go with patience or first thing in the morning.
