  Great sandwich spot. Location is convenient to the galleria area. However the parking is to be desired in this shopping plaza.

  Edit, Yes, it is how you roll. Whether it's out of laziness, naivety, or something else, owner doesn't hold manager accountable for bad behavior including pointless lying and incompetence on delivery dispatch. Manager is so consciously bad that he's essentially sabotaging the operation in small ways. Jimmy John's, please don't allow owner to run any more franchises. He is overextended and hurting the brand. Thanks. This is a prominent part of town with high volume and even the occasional celebrity stops in. The neighborhood deserves better. It's understandable that people might dismiss me as crazy or bitter. However I feel confident enough in what I'm saying that I'm prepared to conduct a pro se demamation defense in a court of law if necessary and I'm reasonably certain I will win.

  Why do they even have instructions on the website if they're not going to follow through with them? Sandwiches never cut in half when instructed, no extra mayo packets, last time they forgot the cookie, food is still good and affordable, I'll give it that.

  I have been trying to call the store to inform them the messed up my order and the phone has been busy for over 2 hours now. I had it delivered to my office and can't leave to take it back. Can't eat it and now I'm stuck with it so in the trash it goes. So gross 🤢
