  Came in at a not so busy time, staff was nice & super quick. Also this is NOT located next to the crumbl cookie or Chuy's, they are around the side in between the joint & stretch lab. Which the employee was kind enough to inform me of before I drove out further away.

  Needs to expand delivery distance. Very inconvenient location. Hard to find parking when trying to pick up. Will find a sandwich shop that partners with DoorDash

  SLOWEST Jimmy Johns ever, and I'm talking about the in-store experience which is the complete opposite of their marketing. Line operators are more concerned with to-go orders and call-ins b/c that seems to be where all the staff is working. Always a long line to pick up your sandwich after ordering, and trust me I frequent various JJs weekly, and this one often, so it is not a one off experience. Try the JJs on Chimney Rock/Westheimer where you can get your sandwich before you even leave the cash register.
