I should’ve listened when people told me to go to Jersey Mike’s instead of Jimmy John’s! First off when I went on February 16, 2026 around 4:22 PM the lady that makes the sandwiches was on her phone with gloves on texting someone nonstop. I watched her make others food and I didn’t say anything -that was not my responsibility! when it was my turn to order I kindly asked her to please change her gloves Because while I was waiting in line to order she was taking her precious time texting right in my face.😒 She was not happy that I asked her to Change her gloves! Mind you She speaks great English because I heard her talking to the previous customer in English!, but after I asked her to change her gloves, she started speaking in Spanish to her colleague, and he started looking at me as If I was in the wrong because I wanted to eat something safe and sanitary, which I was paying for😒!. Secondly, the person working at the cash register was very hard to communicate with, not because of language barrier, but more of an intellectual stand point! He was trying to charge me extra for “freebies “ then when I grabbed my cup, chips and cookie he asked to re see my receipt as if I’m stealing (I’m African American by the way) but when the Caucasian lady grabbed her stuff. He didn’t question her at all! . I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one deserves zero stars. I wish that was possible.!
I will never be back. I’ll continue to try Jersey Mike’s!

I travel all around US and I love JJ and I always get the same sandwich over and over again , always ask for a lot of jalapeños and never an issue.
They say can't give me more the 1 cup because they dont allow to give more " free " , I was like " ok sell me 2 more cups " they answer with a " no we can do that if , we only can sell the the 1 gl jalapeños jar " CRAZY !! So thank you for ruining my night and my food .
Great experience today from Edwin and crew. He made us feel at home, was patient and accommodated all of our requests. We’ll be back!

By far the worst service experience I’ve had. There was a major communication barrier, which made ordering unnecessarily difficult. In a front-facing customer service role, clear communication is essential, and unfortunately that was missing here. I had to point at ingredients just to get through the order.
I understand everyone deserves a job, but basic English communication with customers should be a requirement. Thankfully, there was another location nearby that provided much better service.

I'm writing this review to make note that this place of business can't take directions. Half of the orders I have made through them have gotten to me wrong, as in entirely wrong sandwich or onions when there shouldn't be. I will no longer be purchasing anything from this location and deleting the app.
