  Oh if I could give this place ZERO stars i would. Kenneth T the GM is soooo rude, unprofessional, and unsanitary. First i called tell him about my order & one sandwich being very flat due to lack of ingredients. He told me that “that is how the sandwich is supposed to be” but i don’t know i have only been eating Jimmy John’s for 10+ years. (Please see picture) he was being rude & dismissive & told me he’d make another sandwich & hung up. Since he was being so rude i called back & told him never mind because i didn’t like the way he handled the situation & to just refund me for my sandwich. After going back & fourth with me, THE PAYING CUSTOMER, he told me that he could not refund the sandwich because i already have it. Understood. I then told him i could come down there to handle it in person so he could see the sandwich. He proceeded to ask if i was threatening him. ????. Just very argumentative for no reason when i have the issue. Victimizing himself. He hung up in my face. I took time out of my work day to walk all the way there. Upon arriving, he was outside with a friend smoking a cigarette. He then comes back in & immediately wants to go back & fourth & not even letting me talk. I show him the sandwich & he still insisted on him being right. I requested my receipt & walked out. Oh yeah…he didn’t wash his hands before prepping your sandwich AFTER he was outside smoking his cigarette. & OH! Workers look very scared to be around him as well. Take my advice & your hardworking money somewhere else. ♥️
