  I visited this location last week, I believe it was on either the 4th or the 5th around 6:00pm. 5201 W 34th St Ste. 100, Houston, TX 77092. I walked in and there was no other customer in the store, 2 employees behind the counter, one getting a delivery order together and the other on the phone. I waited 7 minutes then the lady got off the phone, walked away and told Nathan, the delivery guy "You need to take her order". He stopped what he was doing, took my order and left to deliver his order. The lady then got right back on the phone. I sat waiting... Then a male customer came in and the same happened to him, no acknowledgment that he came in, he waited a good 6-10 minutes and and then a female customer came in, she is now waiting with no acknowledgment. The Jimmy Johns female employee finally got off the phone. She went to take the male customers order and he wanted to be a gentlemen and told the female employee to go ahead and take care of me as I have been waiting. She got snitty and told him she would take all orders first. She then ignored him and went to take the female customers order, the Male customer stopped her and said why are you skipping over me? The female employee got snitty again and took his order. I was in the store for over 20 minutes. I will never go back to this location. Female employee was short, spanish and may have been a manager, sad.

  We love Jimmy John’s but this was extremely disappointing. You pay for a sandwich with turkey and they barely give any meat at all. This was pretty pathetic sandwich. There was one tiny slice…

  I ordered 3 sandwiches and all of them had a mistake. The Club Lulu sandwiches did not have hot peppers on them as ordered. The Slim was asked to be cut in half for a five year old and it was not. If I’m paying $26 for three turkey sandwiches, the least you can do is get the order correct.

  This place is just a sandwich shop. The flare in this place is definitely not up to franchise, which I admit detracts from the taste.
