We love Jimmy John’s but this was extremely disappointing. You pay for a sandwich with turkey and they barely give any meat at all. This was pretty pathetic sandwich. There was one tiny slice…

I ordered 3 sandwiches and all of them had a mistake. The Club Lulu sandwiches did not have hot peppers on them as ordered. The Slim was asked to be cut in half for a five year old and it was not. If I’m paying $26 for three turkey sandwiches, the least you can do is get the order correct.

This place is just a sandwich shop. The flare in this place is definitely not up to franchise, which I admit detracts from the taste.

Always messes up my order. They usually fix it but this time, they wouldn't even try. I asked for a refund for the order and the "manager" hangs up on me. I'll be reporting these charges on my bank card and will no longer be buying from this location.
