    I went to this location and the customer service was trash. Specifically, the lady rolled her eyes because I tipped $1 on a $9 TAKE OUT ORDER!!! I waiting for my food over 15min before another customer told me that my food may be sitting on the counter.... I interrupt the staff to ask if that was my order in the random bag sitting off to the side and of course it was. 🙄😒 horrible experience. Never again.

    I would think that making subs would be Somewhat easy job. Especially when you have a customer like myself who comes in places, my order, says hello and is polite, and tries to make things simple. The fact that you asked for a tip at this establishment is laughable given the Customer Service. The long-haired Caucasian gentleman has taken my order twice at this location. Every time I say hello, he just looks at me and starts ringing up my order. Fine. I probably wouldn’t like my job either, but we all make choices in life. However, he didn’t put the potato salad that I asked to add to my combo in my bag. He just handed me my bag. When I asked if I could make it to come you said do you want medium large or bottle soda and pointed to the cooler. He never said the cooler also held the pasta salad and potato salad. I’m not a mind reader and I don’t frequent Jimmy John’s every day. I’ve just been in twice since they’ve got the kicking ranch back because it’s nostalgic for me and I’ve been very sick. So when my bag didn’t have the food in it, I simply said hey the potato salad isn’t in there, but he didn’t say anything. He just gave me a weird look and I figured it’s because he had rang it up as a pesto Pasta salad instead, so I said I think you accidentally rang it up as a pesto pasta salad, but I wanted the potato salad. I did not say it with an attitude or anything regardless of how the interaction had been thus far… What broke the camera back for me is him sharply pointing down to the fridge and saying it’s in there they’re the same price as If I’m an idiot, and as a customer should be informed on all things Jimmy John’s…. I’ll be emailing Corporate because I don’t work at a sandwich shop and run my own business. And I guarantee if I had a customer with the experience I’ve had with him, he would be out the door. Maybe another sandwich shop franchise will do for him.
