    They legitimately don’t answer the phone. They sent the wrong order, I called 15 times, one time someone answered then hung up, so I know the phone works. Every other call just rang off the hook. Terrible experience.

    So I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Jimmy John’s (9079 Katy Fwy) instead of the 9778 Katy Fwy — totally my mistake, I own that. What I don’t own is the fact that no one apparently works at the 9079 location to answer the phone. I realized my mistake literally two minutes later (at 2:52 PM), called to cancel, and then called 9 more times. Twelve. Still no answer. Not once. Are there no employees? No phone? A ghost kitchen, maybe? I wasn’t even mad about placing the order wrong — I was mad that no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. Customer service 101: answer the phone. If this is what “Freaky Fast” means now, I guess it only applies to taking money, not to actually helping customers.
