I will never eat at Jimmy John's again because of the multiple terrible experiences I had at this location. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

One female (thick in size) was very pushy in getting my order “off the register” until I had to literally stop her from putting unwanted items on it. There were more tomatoes than lettuce on my sandwich. Never asked if I wanted it toasted or not. Not one of the three employees I saw ever smiled!!!! I like Jimmy Johns, however this location I will not visit again. Driving the extra miles to another location is more important to me than NOT being satisfied with the service given!

I came in late Halloween night. The staff was happy to see me and the food was great! Thanks for taking care of us! Ordered the new BBQ sandwich and giant veggie sandwich.
