  I am not one to write reviews, BUT I had to due to the lack of service and laziness. I just finished getting out of an appointment where I had to fast. So this was my first meal of the day. I’ve been to other JJ locations where I’ve order the Tuscan Italian Wrap in an Unwich, and they’ve substituted the HAM (that I can’t eat) for Turkey. So I tried to put the order, and the worker taking my order was told by the one making my sandwich that they don’t substitute the meat. Um excuse me, but these sandwiches or unwiches are not premade. You make them as you go. Therefore, I’m not understanding the issue where you can’t put turkey instead of ham. AGAIN, I’ve never had an issue at any other JJ location. Honey, if you don’t want to do your job find something else to do. ALSO, I went to another JJ 4 mins away and they made the unwich they way I always order it. THIS WAS JUST PURE LAZINESS AND A LACK OF SERVICE!

  WORST JJ EVER! Entered and simply asked about the toppings on the pizza sandwich. A very large, rude, and mentally unstable worker was unprofessional and just walked away. There was no reason for this level of treatment and I'll NEVER VISIT AGAIN!

  I have only ordered delivery for lunch 3 times, but they forgot part of my order the last two deliveries.

  Very fast service here. They are like superhumans for making sandwiches.
