  it was my first time ever at jimmy johns. i had just landed from aspen and didn’t realize how early it was. they opened the doors an hour before open for me. they were so nice and my sandwich was perfect

  The high school-aged kid(s) that work here are extremely rude, impatient, and lack any semblance of customer service skills. I called with a pleasant demeanor to ask a few basic questions about delivery area and product availability, and the kid snapped at me as if I'd asked him that question 10 times already. He made snotty remarks about not being able to answer my questions because it's controlled by corporate executives making $80k more than him (as if that's in any way relevant)... I made no demands and had zero attitude until after the 3rd time the employee that's obviously new to the workforce snapped at me. Go find a construction job if you can't handle simple questions from the public, kid.
