  I had an order for delivery. One of my sandwiches was CLEARLY burnt. I called to speak with a manager advised him of the issue he was EXTREMELY rude and told me that’s just the way it comes because it’s wheat. This is not my 1st wheat sandwich so I know the difference between a toasted wheat bun and a burnt one. He then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do about it and to contact corporate but wouldn’t provide corporate number probably because he knew he was wrong and hung up on me. I called back and this time Chris claiming to be a manager too and was equally as rude proceeded to give me the same nonsense story and when I ask for store managers information they wouldn’t provide. On top of all that the burnt sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. Whomever is the store manager needs to demote both these individuals because clearly they are not ready to be managers because they can’t grasp basic customer service skills. I would like to be contacted by a store manager as soon as possible. I posted a picture of the burnt sandwich and my receipt

  Portions are super SMALL. I ask for extra mayo and they put less. And the white bread each time is very stale and hard. And the meat? Laughable amount. Won’t be back here again you can bet that

  I order from this location quite a lot. Every other time I tend to have my order messed up. Including today which is why I’m here writing this. They forgot my onions/mayo on both sandwiches and the potato salad I paid for. If this were a first i wouldn’t be as mad but I’m tired of it now and finally going to switch locations. This location seems to have a very poor management system in place. The type of employees they hire seem to not want to be at work. Forgetting my food, my toppings and more. Maybe they need better training or such but I’m not going to keep dealing with all this. This will be my last time ordering from this location.

  Bad customer experience!! This was my first time going to Jimmy Jones. I stay in the area and i thought they were really good. I would pull the race card here but I'm not going to be that type of person. To give a nice but HONEST review, this location maybe in particular is not it. Now if your someone who knows what you want and is just trying to get in and get out then good. Maybe this is the place for you, but that's not what attracts good business. As I said this was my first time. I can not say they were rude, which would've been nice if they would have at least showed some type of emotion. They were bland, just like the sandwich, chips and soda. I've tasted similar at HEB across the way Facial expression showed that they either didn't want to be there or didn't want to talk to me. Not helpful at all despite me expressing I've never been. Very dismissive. They didn't use their words at all and last but not least they didn't put the customer (me) first. Their goal was to get me out the way and out the door. Not to help me make and love the best sandwich that they could provide. Im not going back. Im sticking to Subway. They taste better anyways, it's easier to make and customize a sandwich there. And it's cheaper lol
