I order via curbside and shop here multiple times a week because I stay nearby. However, two weeks ago, I received poor quality produce. I disregarded it as a human error. Today, I went to retriever a curbside order and realized that five cars who arrived AFTER me have all retrieved their orders. I waited twenty five minutes in V745 and then I called the store. I couldn’t get ahold to anyone so I got out of my car and walked up the ramp to see what’s going on with my order. Bryan said that my order was LOST and given to someone else and that he “was just coming to tell me.” That’s a lie. How do you give someone an order without confirming name. The person who retrieved my order would’ve had to put in their reservation spot. This is unprofessional and is just a lack of respect for their customers. I will not be visiting this location again and would be going to Costco/Sam’s instead.

I particularly appreciate the self-checkout staff who always wish me a "Have a great day!" — it’s a small touch but makes a big difference. However, I’ve had several uncomfortable interactions with a produce employee named Dimas. He often stops what he’s doing to give me an intense, cold stare when I’m picking out produce he put out. When I ask him questions, he seems visibly annoyed, then reluctantly answers. I’ve seen him smile and laugh with the managers, so I know he’s capable of being friendly, but his behavior towards customers has made me feel uneasy at this H-E-B. Overall, it’s a great store, but these repeated uncomfortable experiences have made it harder for me to fully enjoy my shopping trips here.

I had a whole pot of food and I realized they forgot my chicken broth! Can you imagine how frustrating that is? And my family have to wait till tonight after I get off work for me to have that one ingredient! So Sherrie is d you felt I was “yelling” wish you would just say that before you hung up! Or get out of customer service!
