- SGSantos G5 days ago2.0If you are looking for avocados for dinner tonight, do not bother coming here. Last visit was the same. Going to El Rancho. Same price but they have all levels of ripeness. The ones currently at HEB/Kempwood are all green and won't be ready until Sunday the 8th of March. I put the rest of my groceries back. I don't think there is a shortage as the other store I mentioned seems to have ripe ones.

On both occasions that I've been here, he has set a great standard for what an HEB employee is. I noticed him helping out multiple customers with swiftness and maintaining a great smile while doing so. Corporate is not keeping up with this location at all. Stand in the middle of the produce section and look for plastic bags? Shelves empty, curbe side shoppers in everyone's way with the big carts and very Rude. Deli section good luck getting assistance. Meat section always out of the Sale items. U have to ask for everything. Dairy section, out of products all the time. Im tired of being nice in the store and addressing these concerns with MODs staff members, nothing changes and nobody cares. This is MY HEB I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING THERE FOR 20 + YEARS SEEN 50 MANAGERS COME AND GO. WAS THERE TODAY. WOW I ONLY WAS ABLE TO GET A FEW ITEMS ON MY LIST BECAUSE LOW STOCK. WAKE UP FOLKS! - AAAsrealFeb 13, 20261.0First off I would like to say I use to enjoy coming to this HEB. Not so much anymore. I am a regular at this HEB. I’m here maybe 5 days a week more recently. I notice when approaching this cashiers at check out, most don’t greet specific people of color or who they may consider a none factor. In whichever case, I definitely greet and thank them for their services. Most are in conversations with their co-workers and don’t even look your way. For the few who are always particularly nice and have wonderful customer service, thank you, I wish I knew your names.Then some stare me down as if I’m going to steal something! Again, I’m there almost daily paying!! It’s annoying and disrespectful. You never know what people are going through. Take that into consideration. I don’t want to spend where I don’t feel welcome. I think I won’t be here as often as I have been.
