    My experience with HEB curbside today was absolutely disappointing and my frustration had me on the verge of tears, because I couldn’t understand why I was being ignored. I often use HEB curbside and have no issues with pickup. Today was my last full day to relax before returning to work on Monday as an educator. This experience really dampened my evening. My slot was 4-4:30pm due to a road closure I arrived around 4:37pm. I checked in as usual and after scrolling on my phone for a while I noticed cars were pulling up getting their orders and leaving but I still had not received my order. It wasn’t busy even some of the spots had cones. I called and Bryan answered, he asked did I check in and I said yes. He asked for my name and I provided my name and he then asked my spot. I also informed him that I had been waiting at least 20 minutes for my order, he assured me it would be right out. Orders came out and I was stuck still waiting. 8 minutes later I called again and the same person answered and I said I still haven’t received my order. It wasn’t busy and to wait 30 minutes for my order is unacceptable. Had Bryan acted concerned or made sure my order was priority in coming out after I called the first time, I would be more understanding. My order was also small in size. HEB is a store that I always recommend to others because of their customer service and because of my experience as a former employee. Today service was disappointing and I hope they improve for the next time.

    The worst HEB ! They forgot to put your things in the cart you go back to ask them for it. Then some girl name Myra tells you she will look at the camera comes back 5 mins after and tells you you are lying. So you call the manager and he gives you an attitude instead of fixing the problem. I never had any issue with any HEB this one though never going back the cashier are always so distracted and you will think they will do their job now. They can keep my $30 . So disappointed it’s not even about the money it’s about the way the handle their customer service horrible experience!!

    If I could give NO stars I would . There is a huge communication issue ! I was followed by MS.MARTHA and MS.ANNA. She was under the influence of Ms .Martha . I went to self check out for an easier experience but as soon as I got cash back of 50.00 from the machine I could feel them watching me like hawks . She instructed HEB reps to approach me ,No one Greeted me just said what I couldn’t do . I had to ask them where would be the appropriate place to go which was customer service . If they had told me kindly then I wouldn’t have had a complaint but she had an attitude and whispered to ms Anna to tell people (cashiers ) don’t give me cash back when I had already visited customer service and had been helped . I’m disappointed in HEB as a frequent shopper and as someone who worked there this is not the experience that I expected. Please lead with CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO BETTER

    I am very disappointed in this location. I am a H.E.B. frequent shopper and have visited several locations in the Houston area. This location on Beechnut need to get it together. I visited this location twice in the past week and was ultimately disappointed. The produce is was awful. The fruit was old, oranges in the back rotten, bananas over ripe, grapes soft ....every item in the produce section needed to be replaced. The deli section where the sliced meat is bagged individually, looked spoiled and dates were expired. The chips were not restocked and the assortment was minimal. This location gives H.E.B. a bad name. Compared to other locations this one gets a rating of 1 out of 10. There is not reason the excellence shown at other locations is not displayed here. I am not writing this from my recent experience I am writing this after giving this store several opportunities to get it right. The management team needs to take the core values of the company more serious and ensure that no matter what store locations we visit the expectation and excellence is the same. Please retrain the cashiers on food handling, and care for the groceries as they are bagging. Understand what should be bagged together and not just thrown in to get done quickly. The demographic should not determine the quality of product and service.
