    This seafood 🦞 cafe outside of HEB has a Gr8 Happy hr all day everyday and the BOGO special is the best

    I have been coming to this store for more that 20 years and today just the worst experience, over a simple cake. Employee are no help whatsoever standing around complaining about their food stamps and other Im sorry I know you need this but I can't help you right now can you wait an hour I have other things to do before you.

    Had years not stopping by this HEB since I dont live in the area anymore. Today I stopped for a fully cooked ham and right next to the HEB Fully Cooked Hams they had a $4 coupon. I rapidly grabbed the coupon and went to check out. Suri S. was very pleasant and nice. She told me the coupon wouldn't go through and called a manager (wasn't able to read her name tag) she had a black polo Hispanic female. She became very defensive right away and said "this coupon is not for this ham!" I said okay fine wasn't being rude or anything Suri the cashier can vouch to this. I then read the coupon and realized that it said UNCURED HAM. I then explained to the Hispanic Manager that I understood but they need to remove the coupons from the section they were placed because they are placed where they only have FULLY COOKED HAMS no uncured hams are on that section. Yes my fault for not reading the coupon thoroughly before grabbing it but the coupons should had never been placed there. This goes to upper management you all need to train your managers better its sad that the cashier had better customer service skills than the manager. I work with patients in the Healthcare field every day and see all sorts of things. But the way this manager conducted herself was very unnecessary and unprofessional. At no point was I rude or fought for a $4 coupon. I thank God and say this humbly that I can still afford my groceries and $4 off coupon will not prevent me from eating. Treat your customers better! Take accountability for your store mistakes. Next time I will just wait to be closer home and visit my Missouri City location. I visited the store today 11/5 checked out at 9:46am with Suri S.

    I am new to this Pharmacy. Many times you do not get personal service, but Casey Immediately made me feel like she cared about my situation and that she was going to try to help me. Even though they were busy, they took the time to listen not being rested and frustrated.
