Our restaurant (In Baytown)regularly purchases bulk oxtail from this H-E-B, and most of the butchers provide excellent service. However, we’ve experienced repeated issues with our orders being mixed up or given to other restaurants, even when clearly labeled. This has happened multiple times and has caused delays in our business, since oxtail is one of our best-selling items. We’ve also noticed that these issues seem to occur when dealing with one specific employee, Fritz. While we’re not making accusations, the pattern is noticeable and concerning. We simply want our orders handled consistently and correctly so we can continue doing business without worrying whether our confirmed order will be available at pickup. We value this location and hope management will look into improving the reliability of bulk order handling.

Absolute worse HEB I've ever been to. The actual store itself is fine, but NONE of their employees offer any assistance and the ones you do try to ask very obviously act as though they didn't notice you. I went in there with a broken arm in cast and I was frantically searching for a pet product that was out of stock on the shelf. I simply wanted an employee to check if there were perhaps anymore in stock, but not a single employee could be bothered to stop & help. I've never had any problems with customer service like this at any other locations throughout the great state of Texas and I've been shopping at HEB's for over four decades. Howard Edward Butts would be ashamed of this place!!!

Shopping malls that provide food products are sometimes competitive with others in order to make the goods affordable for the consumer.

This is the best HEB to shop at in the area. It's moderately busy, but they always have enough cashiers were you never have to wait. I've talked with a lot of the employees in every department and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. This isn't the closest HEB to my house, but it's the one I prefer to shop at.
