I used to work at HEB and this store would not be acceptable by dept manager or store manager from lack of fresh produce I came today 2/5/26 produce expired on the 3 or the next date of the 6th nothing looked fresh I was shocked , bakery the fresh bread were hard from croissants to bolios but majority also had sell date by 3rd , no good selection of meats , asked for help just was neverminded no smiles or friendly environment workers looked forced and unhappy to be at work even cooking connection wasn't even promoting was talking to friends on the side smh just observing this location overall was not satisfactory really giving HEB a bad name ,moral of the story No fresh products , no customer service, really no deals this location is not giving the known Heb experience 😑

- JBJen BJan 28, 20261.0Enforce the curbside spots to be used for curbside only!!!!! Employees watch as people come and park in curbside and go inside and never tell them anything every single time. There was a line to get a spot in curbside and half the spots are taken by empty cars!
- WWhere is Walinda ?Jan 26, 20261.0We just heard on a Radio News Cast that people are going to Kroger instead of HEB because of the out of stock items, and HEB has a lottery machine but you can hardly ever cash in tickets because the customer desk is barely ever open. The news cast said they are reporting this to the Texas Lottery Commission.

I heavily rely on curbside shopping and this store gets it right every time. I never have missing items or receive another customer’s order, the way I frequently do at the Pasadena/Fairmont location.
