    I ordered for a delivery and did not receive it, when I contact the customer service representative lady said it shows that order is delivered to another person address.. and even did not apologize and refunded.. this is not my first time delivery and usually the person who’s delivering text and can ask Am I in the right address?! But this time poor service poor communication woow!

    Always such a pleasure to shop there! Endless selections of pretty much everything you can imagine needing! Wish they were a national chain! I visit at least twice every time I go to Texas. Staff is friendly and always helpful!

    Never using HEB delivery again. My mom’s order was placed through the HEB app. Someone was texting us with updates. Then they get to the register and the order number can’t be found. All communication cuts off. We are starting to freak out and wonder where the food is. Can’t call anyone because the lines are “too busy for a technical order”. We then get a text that we have another driver shopping our order. We call the store directly to figure out what is wrong. The store lead tells us HEB now has a partnership with DoorDash. They give off orders to DoorDash when heb orders are at a max capacity and they can’t see ANY information when they hand it off. Oh. She also said it was random. So we can’t opt in or out. They randomly select. However there is no contact information. No status updates. Nothing. They confirmed there was a crash and that the food was put back. Again, no communication that this happened. We had to call the Summerwood store to see what happened. This was supposed to be our food for thanksgiving for our family of 40. My mom didn’t personally shop because she was helping me as I just recently had surgery and can’t walk yet. This was supposed to make things easier. Now this is a bigger headache because now the second delivery driver texted that the number is no longer able to be contacted while we are on the phone with the store. We wanted to cancel the order so she can go shopping in person at another store herself instead. The app doesn’t let us, which still hasn’t updated, the store can’t do it. So they give us door dashes contact number. Which happens to be the number we called in the first placed that can’t be answered due to a technical difficulty. No food. $477 is on hold, which can’t go towards shopping at another store. NEVER use HEB delivery. Unless you want a disappointing family holiday. Update: we called door dash. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, they didn’t know what to do. They told us we needed to call HEB and they can cancel the order. Update again: after 3.5 hours after our order was scheduled to be delivered, we finally receive a text.
