The most recent order had moldy berries in it that I needed in order to make a dish for my baby shower. Super disappointing. I actually went to shop in-store today and the majority of the red onions that were out had soft spots and the shallots were starting to sprout. Not sure what changed as I've shopped here for years without issue. This shift has been noticeable over the past 6 months or so.

The staff are always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. It makes such a difference when employees genuinely care about customer service. I also love the wide selection of fresh produce, quality meats, and bakery items — everything always looks fresh and well-stocked. Checkout is fast and efficient, even during busy hours. HEB truly makes grocery shopping easier and more enjoyable. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop!

I was confused so I called the store myself to see if there was true . The person that I spoke with even said that’s weird because there shouldn’t be any issues with the system. I come to this location around the same time 3 times a week because this gas station is close to my job. It’s always an issue 15 minutes before closing time. It’s always something with that lady. She should not treat customers like they are inconveniencing her because we arrive before closing time.
- LWLeroy WilliamsJan 31, 20261.0We just bought 6 lbs of crawfish trash we spent $70 and had to toss it in the trash the crawfish was smashed and the tails were mushy and they was the smallest batch of crawfish we've had I'll say this i don't leave reviews too much anywhere but this was some bullshit and HEB is our favorite store to shop and yes we'll always shop at HEB but yalls crawfish is trash FN ridiculous 🙃 I would of took some pictures but we tossed everything and it took me a minute to even write this review
