Most of the time I have always loved h Tb for their prices and what they have on stock is usually what I need and it's easy to find. Generally, that's pretty much it have never had a problem in the past years recently, again, they are following me around the store, I feel like I'm stealing something, and I'm not I just go on up to the register and I pay my way and just continue to kind of keep an eye on me and maybe stop me once awhile and Let me prove them wrong and then go about my way. That everything's good

I've been shopping at this location for past three years. Very nice store and love the products they have. Price is also very reasonable. The pharmacy staffs are really nice and take good care of people. Some even know my name. Wesley always addresses me by my last name. I went there on February 6th. First, picked up the medicine and then went to pay for the items I took. The cashier (will not say the name; don't want she gets in trouble) was a little abrupt. She was rushing so much for no reason. The store was not crowded at all. There was only one person behind me and that too came after she started scanning my items. Yet, she was throwing the stuffs on the belt like She and I both had to go catch a train or plane. I didn't get this. I even told her to slow down after all my pears were scattered. She didn't even apologize. For the front end manager: Please tell all the cashiers to take it easy when working and start with a smile. It goes a long way. I was a cashier earning $3.35 an hour back in 1980s. From that had so many jobs - from federal job to customer service training. Enjoyed every job I had. Life is short. Why ignore this fact? If a customer rushes you, tell them politely, "I'm trying my best!" Bottom line is there is no reason for a cashier to rush and abruptly throw stuffs on the belt. Please train them. If it was someone rude instead of me that person would have said something mean to her. You certainly don't want that. Trust me, no one - NO ONE would like their fruits all open with raw frozen fish. Thank you!

I’m rating low today because in the past two weeks I have had terrible experiences with the curbside pickup (got all the way home to find out there were about 10 items that were not in my bags. Had to go back to the store to pick up the items. Guy that answered the phone was very nonchalant about it). My other experience is my delivery that I am still waiting on as we speak. It was supposed to be delivered between 6-7pm..it’s now 7:39pm. Not to mention the shopper (bless her heart) stressed me out during the shop. But yeah, this particular HEB needs to get it together.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at HEB that needs to be addressed. My brother and I were shopping for tortillas and queso fresco when we passed by the deli area, where an employee named Ozell was giving out taco samples. There were several samples already prepared and visible. We did not see a line—only one customer standing there, who was not waiting but simply chatting with the employee. At no point did Ozell acknowledge my brother, greet him, or explain any procedure. When my brother reached to grab a sample, she slapped his hand and said, “You have to wait because there’s a line.” This was shocking and completely inappropriate. There was no clear line, no verbal guidance beforehand, and absolutely no reason for physical contact. What made this worse is that she did not apologize at all, and my brother was embarrassed in front of the other customer. This is not how customers should be treated at HEB—or anywhere. A simple greeting or a polite explanation would have prevented the entire situation. Whatever happened to HEB’s 10-foot rule and basic customer service standards? This employee clearly needs retraining on how to interact respectfully with customers. Do better, HEB. Customers deserve courtesy, not embarrassment.

I like HEB and I usually go there to get their cakes. The service at bakery is horrible. I was waiting for a few minutes for the lady to assist me. I know she saw me standing there and she continued to pack bolillos in bags. Then someone she knew came up and she helped them right away and that made me upset. The she finally helped me and I asked her to write lettering on the cake. Her penmanship was horrible! If you can’t write nicely on a cake then just state you don’t have good writing and I wouldn’t be upset about it. I paid for a nice cake for her to ruin it. Do Not go there ! They only help who they know !
