I had ran in this morning to get a few things, and as I was passing by a pallet jack full of groceries. The pallet jack started to roll towards me, so I pushed it back and it started to roll away again, so I lowered it and told several employees what happened. They looked at me as if I was bothering them, laughed with each other and walked off. I told a couple of more people because I was concerned about the pallet jack rolling on someone and no one took it serious. Sadly, they ignored me. This may not seem important to the store, but I would hate to go in a store just to pick up a couple of things and end up getting hurt due to someone’s carelessness.

This store has unqualified staff for customer service. I'm waiting for an order to be picked up, and they've made me wait for over 20 minutes. I called the store, and the person who answered told me the curbside pickup closes at 9:30 pm. Besides being rude, I've obviously been waiting since before 9:30 pm. It's disrespectful to my time. Why offer curbside pickup if no one is responsible for it? The worst service ever.

I love H‑E‑B. I have shopped at HEB’s all over Texas, even before they came to the Houston area. Now for the bad. Generally, the jones Rd location needs a total remodel. The meat refrigeration is off off off guys!!! Please do something about it!! I bought several packs of meat that were compromised. No exaggeration. A pack of chicken, a pack of baby back ribs, and a pack of lean ground beef approximately $30 worth. We Immediately recognized the beef was off point when I got home. The other items were frozen for later in week, but when thawed … oh my! I’m speechless. I did write a letter of complaint, but I never in a million years expected this from HEB! Be very very wary of this Jones Road location these days ….
