H‑E‑B is a popular Texas grocery chain known for wide product variety, local favorites and good value on fresh produce and staples with many loyal customers. However, experiences vary widely — some shoppers love the selection and deals, while others complain about pricing, stock issues and inconsistent service, so visits can be hit‑or‑miss.

I arrived at H-E-B at 10:54 with enough time to get 3 items I needed and leave before closing. A security guard stopped me and told me they were about to close, which I already knew, and instead of letting me through, she demanded a verbal list of my items. I explained to her it takes longer to explain stuff rather than to just let me shop. As I began to shop, she began screaming at me to “run, run, run,” and threatened that she wouldn’t let me out if the machine turned off; From across the store. Because I didn’t appreciate being screamed at, I decided to leave without shopping. When I told her I was leaving due to her attitude, she continued screaming at me from the entrance, cursed at me, and called me a dumbass while I was in the parking lot getting into my car. At the same time, a manager attempted to take a photo of my license plate even though I had done nothing wrong. I left without shopping after being verbally harassed.

Called 4 times back to back to fix my curbside order (that they told me I could pick up early) there was no answer I waited and the phone rung for 3 mins each call … I even called back the same number that called me . Add some options so we can get directed to where we need to me as the phone number is useless otherwise …..
