I’ve tried to give this store my business but today is the last time. I asked for a cake from the bakery case and was told to go pay for it up front and bring back the receipt. What? It’s a $15 premade cake. Incredibly inconvenient to go pay and come back to the back of the store with all my groceries or do I leave all my groceries? I was told by a manager it’s because people steal the cakes? This was the final straw considering this location doesn’t carry many of the items I need.

I had a very disappointing curbside pickup experience. The employee who brought out my order had an attitude, placed my items carelessly on top of each other, and made an unnecessary comment about my order being ready at 8:30 and curbside ending at 9:30. My pickup window was 9:00–9:30, and I arrived at 9:28 — well within the scheduled time. I’m not sure why he chose to be rude when I was on time. If bringing groceries out creates such an attitude, perhaps this isn’t the right role for him. I expect better customer service.

This HEB is the worse!!! To start off parking sucks here . They need to get rid of curbside already . They Never have no meat this store is so compact you’re always bumping into people from how much stuff is just in the way . It’s always dirty it’s just so much going on in this store . It’s not big enough for all the things they want to have on display . Needs to be updated big time . Outside is so dirty and has no curb appeal . Screaming for a makeover .

I want to report a very upsetting experience I had at your store. The cashier, Hector, was extremely rude and his behavior came across as discriminatory. My sister and I were checking out together — all of our items were in the same basket. My sister, who is very light-skinned, approached first and he said nothing to her. But as soon as I stepped up, he suddenly announced “this is a 15,” even though we were clearly not checking out together. What made it worse is that he didn’t say anything to the customers before us or after us who had well over 20 items. The difference in how he treated me versus everyone else — including my own sister — was humiliating. His tone, attitude, and the inconsistency in how he enforced the rules made the situation feel racially motivated. I reported the incident to the floor manager and to Juan, the store manager. Juan tried to assure me it wasn’t a race issue, but based on what I personally experienced and observed, it absolutely felt that way. As a loyal H-E-B customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. This experience left me feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed. I hope this matter is taken seriously so no other customer has to feel what I felt in your store today.
