Once I got home, I put all my groceries up and immediately refrigerated all the items that needed to stay cold. I then try to eat some strawberries this morning, and I see that they have mold on them. I hate to be the person to leave a bad review at such a great location with wonderful employees, but this is the second time in a row that this has happened. I’m not sure what is going on.

I understand that employees may need to assist customers, but there is a respectful and professional way to approach someone who needs help, and the way she addressed me was not appropriate. She also appeared as if she did not want to be there. Additionally, she was wearing a navy blue shirt, which I believe indicates she is a team leader, and her attitude/conduct was not a good example of leadership. A team leader should set a positive example, and I believe she may need additional training before being considered for that role.
