- ARAlfredo riest4 days ago2.0Now before I start I think heb is a great store, amazing deals great cashiers everything's good, until this afternoon when I came by my heb and when I went to pay my cashier fabiola was giving me way to much attitude because when I settled my items on the belt and looked at the other items she made a remark saying she would wait with attitude which was very unessary since I barley glanced at the other items, she then made faces and it was clear as day she Was not in the right mood to work. Do better heb and fabiola.

- MSM SDec 26, 20251.0Terrible customer service from a think she knows it all employee named Eloise or Eloisa. My second interaction with her in 3 months and both were bad. Explained to her the scanning gun was inoperable but she tells me I'm in the wrong screen and goes to these unnecessary steps only to confirm what I told her then moved me to next scanner. I asked about the code for Avacados as it wasn't coming up in the screen, she says it's not there and I have to use the code on the Avacado like really you don't say. There were no stickers so she gave me the code which is what she should have done initially. She is a know it all that in actually does not listen and hence is inefficient which makes her condescending attitude even more odd. I will make more of an effort to order from Amazon but for last minute things I often go to this Gulfgate HEB because it's only 2-3 minutes away.
