Tell the employees and managers to Stop looking at people like they’re stealing ! This is ridiculous ! You probably have a camera and can check if somebody is stealing ! You don't need to act like Hercule Poirot ! You make your customers uncomfortable and this is so unprofessional ! Worst management !

I’m extremely disgusted by the fact this store allows customers to bring in their pet cats. Not to mention, its owners were rubbing the cat while shopping for produce. God forbid cat hair gets on the fruits and vegetables. Won’t be visiting this location again. I’ll stick to HEB on Washington or Bunker Hill.

This is my neighborhood store and there are a few things I’ve always wanted to note. The layout is IKEA style which makes it very difficult to function (I’ve been to several locations and this is the only one I’ve seen with this layout). However the staff is TOP NOTCH. I’ve never come across someone in a bad mood or with a bad attitude. Helpful, respectful and obviously happy to be there. Also I buy sushi here religiously and recently the quality has lacked. Sometimes it’s warm, it has very little wasabi & ginger and lately they don’t have a lot of the rolls they usually have. Lastly once I ordered a birthday cake from here and it wasn’t available when I went to pick up. They fixed the situation and had it ready within 2 hours which I appreciated but it was a huge inconvenience.

Im giving a 5 star review because of Chris at the meat counter. He was fast and attentive. I was about to give a 1 star because Kervin skipped over me and ignored me. You would think after 14 years of service, his would be better. Chris saved the day! Thanks Chris!
