The prices are better than most stores and lots of variety. Unfortunately the coupons offered so often don’t work lately. Twice in the past two weeks I’ve based decisions on the yellow coupons but when I scanned they didn’t work. I bought over $40 of face lotion and soap because it was shown 25% off. Wrong. I already had to get help for two items that wouldnt scan. This was Sunday when the store was crazy busy so I blew off trying to get help on the coupons.

I really enjoy this HEB. It's clean, well stocked, and has lots of options. However, I feel that the cashier staff needs more training, in terms of handling alcohol. Today, I had to tell a cashier to stop throwing my craft beers down the conveyor belt into each other and other products like they were bowling. This frequently happens and now I am looking out to stop it when it does. Craft beers are a bit more expensive than domestic and I always try to set them up in a way that looks like I want it to be handled carefully and so I don't get why they get tempted to just play with them instead. I would like to note also that I do notice the kind of unfriendly atmosphere from some of the cashiers. Some of them are great, some are just doing their job which is fine to me, but some are very discourteous and unprofessional. Stuff like ignoring the customer, talking to someone else the whole time, or having some weird passive aggressive behavior. I had an issue with a machine malfunctioning and the person assisting me held me up for nearly 10 mins trying to fix it even when I tried to insist over and over that I would just go to a different machine. Didn't even apologize when she realized she couldn't get it to work and had me waiting for so long. Just said okay and walked away. And yes I was being kind the whole time. I saw other post talking about the cashiers so I thought I should add my experiences too in hopes of a productive influence.

I absolutely love HEB, however, where is corporate!!!. Employees need a 101 professional grooming class, because their appearance does not represent HEB. I am all for individualism but there is a place for it and the workplace should not be one. This is not my local HEB but I was in the area andmade the stop. Deli staff had poor grooming which is not appealing if you are handling food. Lady in the bakery was super unfriendly and asking her for assistance offended, I think her name was Mary. Cashier and sackers seem to roll off bed and put on their uniform. I will never be stop here again.

Dear H-E-B Management Team, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue at the H-E-B San Felipe location that has resulted in what appears to be an unjust restriction on my ability to receive orders. For an extended period of time, I have experienced a recurring technical problem in which the QR code required for order processing does not populate on my device. This issue originated on the store’s system side and was never properly resolved, despite my cooperation and multiple attempts to address it in good faith. On one occasion, I was instructed to drive back to the store so the issue could be “fixed.” Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved, and I continued to experience the same technical failure. I want to be very clear: this issue was not caused by any misconduct, policy violation, or failure on my part. I am a Platinum-level shopper with consistently strong performance metrics, including high item accuracy and reliability ratings. I have maintained professional conduct at all times. It has now come to my attention that I am no longer receiving orders from this location. If I have been blocked or restricted due to a known technical issue that was outside of my control, this action is both improper and deeply concerning. Penalizing a shopper for a system failure—especially one that was reported and documented—raises serious fairness and compliance concerns.
