This is my second time (and last) coming to this location. The first time I ever came here, I was racially profiled & followed around by security. When I took notice, buddy said "nice hair". Like, lol, nice save I guess. Made me so angry, but I didn't say anything or react negatively because I also work in a grocery store, so ..I understood him just a bit. But it was enough to be uncomfortable and not really come back. I had to come back to this place yesterday because they sent my mother's prescriptions here, and I just felt super uncomfortable from the get. Walking in is overwhelming. The people who shop here are rude. We got to the checkout, we greeted the cashier as soon as it was our turn, we weren't greeted back. Not even an acknowledgement really; which also made us feel even more awkward. So much so that we were afraid to ask where the pharmacy was, and instead decided just to keep looking for ourselves. We get to to the pharmacy, again, no greeting. Felt very robotic, gave off "just get your shit and go" vibes. Overall, the customer service sucks. I won't be coming back.

Our company utilizes HEB The Heights Floral Department for multiple events over the years. They do an outstanding job. They have wonderful communication and deliver on everything they promised. We will use this vendor again. Their team is a pleasure to work with and make sure to exceed clients' expectations and floral vision!

May in the florist department is amazing!! I was having my bridal portraits taken and needed a bouquet for the pictures. I forgot to get one and she helped to make one on the spot. We just showed her an inspiration picture and she created the most beautiful bouquet in a matter of minutes. Not only is she talented, she is so sweet and provides the BEST customer service. Give May a raise, she more than deserves it!! 💗

I would have given it 5 stars just a couple months ago, until I made the mistake of wandering into the new-ish HEB in 3rd ward off on the inbound feeder road of SH-288, and somewhat close to the über-cool, über-freakin' expensive SH-288 TOLL. DYNAMIC PRICING WITH A KNIFE THAT TWISTS, automatically, via two different tolling authorities. The store is nice. It's upstairs and you park below, or upstairs at store level... However I must reiterate, ever since seeing, rather shopping inside, the quasi-nuevo HEB in 3rd ward on the SH-288 inbound feeder, all other HEB's that I've ever been in pale in comparison.
