The staff at this store are trained to harass people with provocation and profile people. If this has happened to post it.

HEB was a bit crowded but ultimately,it was a great experience. The fruits and vegetables were fresh, not to mention a host of other things. A great place to shop.

Fix the entrance layout. When you close one of the main doors and force everyone to enter through the self-checkout area, then narrow it down with a metal gate so only one person or cart can pass at a time, it creates total chaos. People are trying to enter while others are backing out of self-checkout lines to let the people entering the store through…It makes absolutely no sense and is a terrible design choice. Whoever approved this setup seriously needs to rethink it, because it’s creating congestion, frustration, and an overall awful customer experience.
