Today, I woke up early to pick up my order before work. I come home to unpack the order, and 10 of my items were missing. I still had time before work, so I come back to the store to receive my items. They told me they would get them, and it took 40 minutes. I am STILL missing items. I do not feel like my time or money was respected at all. So beyond frustrated I do not want to by to back to the store.

The moment you walk in, you notice how clean, well-organized, and welcoming it feels. The produce section is always fresh and beautifully arranged, with fruits and vegetables that actually taste like they should. The meat and seafood departments are spotless, and the quality is consistently top-notch. I also appreciate the wide selection of local and specialty items—you can tell the buyers really care about offering variety and value. Highly recommend!

- LSLaura StrasserOct 27, 20251.0The circus of a parking lot and rude drivers who block everyone while waiting for someone for 15 minutes is extremely aggravating. HEB does not do anything about this as I’ve never seen anyone directing traffic. The lanes up and down from the parking garage are too tight and I refuse to scrape my car up just because space was limited when building it.
