- KKKyleFeb 11, 20265.0I really like the layout of this store and I drive by a Kroger and Walmart to go here. The freshly made foods are great and I cannot say enough good things about HEB! The only drawback is the parking here is pretty bad. Not ideal if you just have to grab a few things because you have to park in a parking garage and then go down an escalator and it takes forever, but it’s just a busy area, not HEB’s fault.

However, I do have a concern regarding the “fresh” seafood. H-E-B advertises Gulf seafood as fresh, but after reading the package labels, it appears that some of the seafood is not actually from the Gulf. Additionally, some of the seafood displayed as fresh has been previously frozen and thawed. I believe clearer labeling and transparency would help customers make more informed choices.

Got myself some good chicken, steak, rice, vegetables and the works! It was so delicious and fresh and I would definitely come back again the more I visit in town 🥳
