I never understand why everyone there is a “special day” at Gloria’s via email, this is always the location that doesn’t honor it. If the email says National Margarita Day at your nearest location, how would that not include this location.

There is a noticeable amount of favoritism during events, and the staff does not consistently follow the app’s waitlist system to seat guests in the proper order. I personally witnessed individuals bribing the front desk to be seated more quickly. The bar area is also very disorganized and becomes chaotic during busy times.
I spoke with the manager, Jonathan, and suggested implementing a digital waitlist for the bar during holidays and other high-traffic occasions. While he listened to my concerns, the overall leadership and organization need significant improvement.
After two hours of experiencing and observing the disorganization, I decided to leave. I hope the team will consider better monitoring the reservation process to ensure fairness and possibly implementing a reservation system for the bar during busy events. It was disappointing, as I was really looking forward to our first salsa night

Went there for the first time for a 80th birthday party. Would like to say that the food was just okay. We ordered the fajitas for two and would like to say that the chicken was dry and the fajitas were tough. The rice that they served with the plate was very bland and had no seasoning and was just to plain. The service was okay. We were in a separate room, which was good. I would like to say that for a Latin cuisine restaurant, all they played was classic rock and roll or today's hits. I heard but only one Spanish or Latin song the whole time I was there which was almost about 3 hours. I do not think I will be going back again. Just my opinion! Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think?

I usually love Glorias, the food and customer service etc. and this experience was like any other time I’ve gone, but the valet questioned me aggressively if I had gone somewhere else and parked here. My friend was parked on the street and I walked her to her car and then went to pick up mine I didn’t leave the property and he questioned the direction I was coming from. I didn’t appreciate that and I had a tip waiting for him. I won’t return based on that interaction.
