- PMPhuong MarquezDec 19, 20254.0Booked a reservation in advance for our group of 9 people, unfortunately 2 people had to cancel the day of the event due to circumstances out of their control. When booking it says cancellations have to be made within 48 hours of the reservation in order to get a refund. I get it if I was cancelling the entire reservation it would make sense to lose my money, but there are circumstances where people can't show up (sickness, childcare, car issues etc.) and to deny me a refund (we didn't even ask for a refund, we were hoping to at least have that money be put towards our bill) when the majority of my party still showed up is to me poor taste. While we were there, the screens kept glitching. And the servers were not nice or pleasant at all, they took forever to come when we called for them. Edit: they reached out and issued a refund.
- MMm matlockDec 17, 20254.0I enjoyed my experience here. I had heavy hors d'oeuvres and drinks. Food was great, service was a bit slow but it was a large party. people seemed to enjoy darts although I didn't play this time. Traffic is bad so allow extra time to arrive and have fun.
