  My recent visit to Flavor Melody for breakfast it was a truly satisfying experience, highlighted by two excellently prepared staples: pancakes and an omelette. ​🥞 The Lemon Buttermilk Pancakes ​The pancakes were an absolute standout. They were incredibly light and fluffy—exactly the texture you hope for in a good stack. The subtle hint of lemon incorporated into the buttermilk batter was a refreshing. It elevated the dish beyond the ordinary, making for a fantastic start to the meal. ​🍳 The Ham and Cheese Omelette ​was on point. Resulting in a fluffy texture that encased the filling beautifully. The star of the omelette was the ham,It was clearly a well-executed classic. Overall Experience ​While I can only speak to the food itself, the quality and execution of both dishes were top-tier. The attention to detail, particularly in the lemon flavor of the pancakes and the flavorful ham in the omelette, makes this spot highly recommendable for anyone seeking a delicious and well-made breakfast. And the bacon. Mannn i wanted more

  If you are looking for a cool laid back spot in Houston, you have to try this awesome new spot. We felt so welcomed the minute we walked in. You cannot beat the old school 80's music that made me want to get up and dance with my husband. We learned that an old school DJ will be playing on Sundays from 12-4 pm. Cannot wait to go back!   "Flavor Melody's"...Yes sir, The food is Fye 🔥💪🏿💯 customer service on point, portions was definitely hot, timely & proportionate, everything decent frfr and it's real easy to get to right off HWY290. Definitely gone be coming back fa sho ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Im not one to write a review unless somewhere treats me poorly or is a true standout. This a new spot my wife found. Normally we stick to our tried and true tested spots for weekend breakfast, and since we are close to the Heights that is where we always end up. And, I know at most breakfast places we end up at I call roll in looking like a complete dumpster fire and it’s no big deal. I was hesitant at first but so glad we tried it out. The near northwest side needed a place like this. Only open a week, so they are getting their footing, but the food is DOWNRIGHT AMAZING and the staff is very friendly. Definitely an add to our go-to list.
