The cost makes it even more of a disappointment. The burgers are tasteless, even with all of the toppings. I have made better at home and will definitely opt for my home burger over ever stepping in a Five Guys again. It's the best thing I can do for me and them. The fries were better but by the time they got my burger right, those were cooler and not as pleasing. I will note they did offer to give me new fries but after having to wait to have my burger redone TWICE, I was not going to dare test my luck on waving to wait for fries. Let's note my burger was wrong the second time because they gave the receipt which had the wrong excluded topping to them. Even though he said what to be excluded instead, they still excluded the wrong item because of the receipt.
