Disappointed is an understatement. The burger was unseasoned and dry. The fries were doused in Cajun seasoning, like way too much. For a $30 meal, it’s unacceptable. Never again.

Delicious burger, toppings and especially sauces. I liked the simple ordering process online, and quick speed of getting the food ready. The bun quality didnt match the rest of the burger, but this place is still on my list of best burgers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Five Guys location tonight around 8:20 PM. I called to place an order during the Buy One, Get One Free promotion and was told to order online through the website or DoorDash. When I checked, online ordering was turned off. I called back and was informed they had intentionally disabled online orders. During that call, the store manager hung up on me. When I called again, I was told there was “nothing she could do” because the store was running out of product and would not honor the promotion. She had a very dismissive, “oh well” attitude and made no effort to offer a solution. When I asked for her name for documentation purposes, she refused to provide it. Running out of product and turning off online orders are internal issues and should not affect customers during an advertised promotion. Being hung up on and treated dismissively by management is unacceptable. Very unprofessional experience.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a bacon cheese dog (10.69) not including fries and the milk shake. I come here knowing what to expect . I asked for diced tomatoes and was told they couldn’t do that. If I’m paying for a higher end spot, I’d expect for small accommodations. The quality of the food is great, but if I’m spending triple what I would at Burger King I’d expect a better service. They dice unions raw and leave them long grilled, yet they can’t dice tomatoes for a hot dog.
