    Today I visited Pollo Loco during dinner and I would like to highlight the manager who was in charge. He was very helpful, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. He assisted me extremely well and made sure my food was fresh and properly prepared. It really shows when a manager genuinely cares about service and the customer experience. Excellent leadership and attitude, it definitely makes a difference.
