- KWKristi Witt2 days ago2.0Was ignored bu staff for a good 5 minutes before even being recognized. The young lady who filled our order was RUDE! Gave no instructions to get our own cream cheese. Did not fill our order correctly. And, then when we waited to talk to her to fix it, she didn't acknowledge us, again, for a long while. She then questioned us about the order being incorrect in such a dismissive and rude manner that something had to be said. She gave no apology for the missing item nor the rude way she questioned us about the missing item. On top of all that, there was barely any smear on our bagels. Not happy with how we were treated today.

The cheese was not melted, the bacon was not crispy or hot on my sandwich, had to make sure it wasn't turkey bacon or something. The sandwich as a whole did not seem toasted and was just kind of warm. There was no line or wait when i went. I love Einstein, I will give them another shot. For $13 I hope the food is better next time.
