I understand they were busy so the long wait isn’t the issue, but the drink itself wasn’t anywhere close to what an iced latte should be. The bagels were good and the service was excellent, but it would help if the staff knew what a proper iced latte is: a shot or two of espresso poured over ice and topped with cold milk, not cold brew with a little milk mixed in.
