- JJjas jas5 days ago1.0We went through drive through and was waiting straight for 10 min, then we went in the store to order, there is a black young lady that absolutely needs to get fired, her attitude, being disrespectful, told me that there’s only Chips for the side when there was other options, then she proceeded to say “well what do you want?” With a huge side eye, excuse me? Is this your first day working in a service position ? SHE DID NOT GET TRAINED PROPERLY!

Not very nice and I showed her my app thinking I get the free bagel why I didn’t know I had to order it online so I’m not paying nine dollars for a bagel and a cup of coffee Wasn’t happy about that cause I thought it was a free bagel. I could order something so I will not be going back because atmosphere in there she just wasn’t friendly at all. She was not customer service. She didn’t smile. She didn’t say welcome here. She’s just act like she was just there because I don’t know why so I won’t be going back Very disappointed cause I thought I was gonna be my new hang out for breakfast with my friends.
