20 minutes waiting for a soggy, greasy, microwaved slab of grease. Never again.

I never have a problem with my bagels, but always have problems with my drink order. Last semester I ordered a bagel and an iced latte, the bagel came out super fast, but my drink never came out. I waited patiently, but about 8 people who were behind me in line got their orders before mines. By the time I said something and they made it for me, I had basically waited over 30min to get an Iced latte. I was a little upset, but brushed it off since they were really busy and people make mistakes. This time I ordered through GH hoping I’d get a better experience. Again I got my bagel but my drink was missing. After seeing someone who ordered after me get their drink I said something, so the cashier got the barista to make it. I should’ve specified my drink, but I thought they still had the ticket and maybe forgot to make it. I ordered a Large iced latte with almond milk (I’m lactose intolerant), but I got back a medium. So I gave it back and they added more ice, coffee, and regular milk. I had to get to class soon so i didn’t say anything and took my drink. Kinda sad that i paid an extra $1.10 but will still be getting diarrhea later :( I think there needs to be a better system for the drinks area because everything else is good except for that department.

Food is average but holy cross contamination. Every time I get a bagel with regular cream cheese. Not uncommon to get avocado or other stuff smeared on the side of my bagel as well.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a reliable option for a quick breakfast. The bagels are always fresh, and they have a good variety of cream cheeses to choose from. The coffee is also a decent choice to start the day. The service is usually quick, which is great when you're on the go.
