I visit this location frequently, and they tend to run out of the apple cinnamon bagels, one day I went to order my food, and the sandwich wasn't made correctly. So I returned to the store, and Sue and Terry went above and beyond to address my complaint. I would like to thank both ladies for their excellent customer service.
