Ladies today we're rude. Outside attendant left a comment on order saying to hold my order and that I skipped the line. Both of you drive through lines are open. It wasn't blocked or closed, im just the only one who followed instructions. Window person was also dismissive. I turned around and just asked for a refund. I will use a different location.

Ordered through the app & definitely think this made our experience better. It was raining and there was one person outside helping the drive thru line poor gal, luckily we just had to tell her our name & that we made an order online & she could move on to the next vehicle.
We tried 4 drinks: banana bread mocha (one with soft top &chocolate milk & one with coconut milk & no soft top) - definitely should have added chocolate syrup to make up for the missing chocolate milk - luckily had some at home, one iced maple waffle with coconut milk & soft top - this one was delicious definitely will repeat! And then one tiger’s blood h20 with coconut milk definitely will repeat as well!
The vibes that I have seen at other locations were kinda lost here, but we will blame it on the very cold rain ! Look forward to returning to try more beverages in the future !

We visited this location on a Saturday evening. It was pretty quiet. My daughter put in a mobile order before we got there. We pulled into the location and there is one car in front of us and nobody behind us. We waited to get up to the window to tell the girl that we had a mobile order. She proceeds to tell me to circle the building even though three cars have lined up behind me. So I circle the building thinking she’s gonna bring me out our drink since we’re obviously there before the other three cars behind us AND we put in a mobile order. At the window, I could see there was only one order on her computer screen (our mobile order). Well, that doesn’t happen instead she takes the order of the car that was behind me and proceeds to fill their order. At this point, I go up to the window, I stood at there for about five minutes. I don’t get acknowledged during that time, instead I can see her being chatty and flirty with the guy who was behind me while filling his order. She then made my order and finally brought it to the window. Drinks tasted good but the experience was horrible. I really cannot understand why she asked us to circle the building and proceeds to help people who showed up after us. This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Dutch Bros.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
