I get to the window and the guy working the window rambled off my order so fast that it gave me anxiety. I finally decided to try some food items so I ordered 2 bacon sliders and a coffee cake with my 2 drinks. Nothing was ready when I got to the window even though I had ordered ahead on the app. The guy left the window I assume to go gather/warm my food and brought all 3 items back together and it was evident they were all put in the oven together because nothing was warmed all the way through and the eggs on my sandwich were cold in the middle and disgusting. I had hoped I found somewhere with more/better options than Starbucks but so far it's been very underwhelming, the wait times are ridiculous and the hot drinks never come out hot, I watch them steam the milk and every time I order hot it comes out still cold. If you have high expectations I'd avoid this place, the prices and variety are certainly appealing the service and quality is disappointing.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
