These pictures are totally different. Both are missing the cold cream, soft top. Whatever missing everything so y’all use this as an example to do better.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE no point you can be 8-5 minutes away and get there and your order is still not ready or it even gets lost ! I had an occasion once where I put in an online order got there and they had no clue about my order … mind you am on my way to work bearly sparing the 5 minutes I give myself to pick up the coffe now it’s a 8-14! Minute wait for AN ONLINE ORDER !! After already placing it at your house driving 5-8 minutes to the location getting there finding parking getting off AND YOUR ORDER DISAPPEARED. Not the only time I’ve placed an online order and have a problem where you have to wait for more than 12 minutes for a drink! Tbh I starded going to the Starbucks right across the freeway. I’ve even order thru the Starbucks app while I am right across the street of Dutch bros and change my mind due to the past experiences at this Dutch bros location ,I drive the one too two minutes right across the street to Starbucks no lines and if there is a line still no waiting more than 5 minutes specially with an online order. This location had so much potential to being my new favorite place but supper disappointed haven’t gone here in months gave it one more shot ..disappointed again … never going back. OH AND you can be there 6 pm at night THE LONGEST LINE EVER be there 10 am you just regret even stepping into the shopping center . This dutch bros location just not worth it anymore

I literally waited what seemed like an eternity for one single drink. I unfortunately would have to say that I will not be back to this location. I can not justify waiting that long ever again

Asked for cream and sugar, something they didn't offer. Asked for a coffee stirrer, just to find out they don't have them. It's a coffee shop, why wouldn't you have coffee stirrer. Can't really see myself telling people to go there for poor service and tipping before. Just realized I tipped for poor service. Definitely won't happen again.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
