- JLJason LeeNov 14, 20253.0First off, love Dutch Bros. This location struggles I think to find quality staff. People complaining about the line is somewhat the fault of people not understanding that the 2 lines are in use all the time not just when they are “busy”. Every other location I’ve been to it’s works right because people alternate lines as they pull in… it’s easy. But if you just pull in behind 5 cars and I go to the second line and get my order before you, that’s a you issue. A few employees really care but with many negative additions I think it’s brought the vibe down. I think they may want to consider a shift in the staff. Drinks are somewhat inconsistent and if I have time I usually avoid this location that is 5 min from my house and go to cypress because the 5 star service with Brenton and crew!

This location seems to be my favorite one to frequent though. While yes, the lines can be long at times, I know that they are working hard to provide the best service!

I did a mobile Order, I picked the shortest line, and including the vehicle at the window, there were 4 cars ahead of me. I then realized there were 3 cars behind me as well. After sitting there for nearly 20 minutes and down to only 3 cars ahead of me, someone FINALLY came out. I do not think I have ever sat at a Dutch Bros as long as I did this day. I am certain I will not be visiting this particular Dutch Bros again.

I was in Texas a couple of months ago and visited this particular location. I sent my husband to get my coffee while I waited in the car. I told him to surprise me with a drink. I didn't give him an order. He came back to the car with a huge smile because the staff was very nice and willing to help him choose a drink for me. They asked him for my personality and some of the other drinks I liked, and they nailed it! I couldn't have picked a better They suggested the no sugar golden eagle, and I am still dreaming of going back to get me another one!! Very friendly staff, willing to help, amazing coffee and the sugar-free selection makes me so happy! Thanks to this amazing crew for providing great customer service and helping out a husband fearing for his life if he gets the wrong coffee lol... You guys were amazing!

We had to wait about 20 mins for our drinks to come out after asking for them several times. There were about 8 people standing outside waiting for drinks to come out. The drive thru line was moving and was not backed up at all. It took one person to get their 1 coffee like 7 mins. This is outrageous. Mobile orders should always be a priority over walk ins. That’s the point of them.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
