  Coffee usually tastes alright but why does it take 5-10 minutes after I arrive to receive my order? I order through the app to get my order made ahead of time so I just have to show up to receive it but every time from the last three times I have used a mobile order, it usually takes just as long as going through the drive through. What is the point of making a mobile order if it is not completed before my arrival?

  Always so SLOW. Employees show no sense of urgency or even seem to care about how unnecessarily long it took to make a single iced coffee when finally giving it to you 30 minutes later. No matter what time of day you go, there’s two lines of cars outside and a pit of people standing around the pickup window. This is not normal peak hour issues, I work in food service so I know what it can be like, and this is a result of slow service with employees that don’t seem to care about getting the lines down. I watched several employees look at the mobile order shelf and walk away. 15 minutes later, another employee walked up and started calling out names. My drink was separated and ice had melted. They’re letting the drinks (and line) pile up for what?? I want to also add that the Dutch in Spring on 45 will check you in and bring your mobile order out to you if you’re stuck in the line. The employees at this one won’t even do that. They check you in and wait til you get to the window to finally start on your order! Something needs to change. This is a new location and the service here can hurt business quick.

  I love Dutch bros so much but this particular location is HORRID you will wait in line for 15-30 minutes I kid you not! My main location was the one located in spring, tx they are 10/10 & FAST but moved to this area and it’s just down right AWFUL! Wouldn’t recommend because of the time you have to wait the coffee is great though.

  If I place a mobile order on a weekday morning, I typically don't have to wait very long for my mobile order to be ready. But if I'm bold enough to order closer to lunchtime on the weekend, for example, I have to wait much longer. Today, Friday, I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 11:06. I checked in at 11:07 but didn't receive my drink until 11:21 -- 14 minutes later. So I would say to plan your visit with peak ordering times in mind. In terms of customer service, the staff is always friendly. I don't tend to need much assistance, but one time I accidentally ordered two drinks instead of one, and the barista not only let me keep the second but she refunded me for it as well. I've also heard the staff assisting other customers and I have to say, they're pretty patient and helpful -- especially with those who don't necessarily know much about coffee or what they want when they arrive. On the other hand, if you know exactly what you want and/or are a bit picky with your coffee, the app makes it super easy to customize your drink the way you want it (I tend to do a DIY-style cold brew). Plus, they have a wide variety of sugar-free syrups for customers looking to minimize their sugar intake like myself. If you're looking to add a sweet treat, the chocolate chip muffin top is especially delicious when served cold (no sarcasm!) Finally, the sticker giveaways on certain days are a really fun touch that makes DB stand out over their competitors, in my opinion. Overall, this location just needs to improve their turn-around time during peak hours, but the coffee tastes great, the app is easy to use, and the staff are rock stars. ⭐

  I visited this location for the first time to try Dutch Bros, and although I stopped by the night before, I wasn’t able to receive my drink due to the long wait time. When I returned the next morning, I explained the situation to one of the baristas, and they immediately and kindly helped resolve it by making me a new drink without hesitation. I truly hope this message reaches the appropriate audience, because the team working that morning deserves recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and understanding. Despite it being early and cold—and even with an impatient customer behind me—they remained incredibly gracious and welcoming. What could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around and became a memorable one thanks to their outstanding customer service. I will gladly return to this location solely on my encounter with the three individuals that worked this morning!
