I did not appreciate her attitude at all, and it resulted in a negative experience. This is the second or third time I’ve had to ask for my drink to be remade at this location due to improper measurements or not following the drink instructions. The barista had curly hair black hair and was wearing a black bandana. A negative experience at Dutch Bros is unacceptable, and I hope this issue is addressed so it does not happen again. I can’t believe this.

The employee taking our order was noticeably passive-aggressive. We were ordering four drinks and paused after each one so she could enter it into the iPad. Instead of simply taking the order, she gave us irritated looks every time we waited for her to finish. When she asked “anything else,” the tone was sharp enough that it was hard to miss. After that, she gave a forced smile that felt more like a cover-up than an attempt to be polite. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I understand that anyone can have an off day. At the same time, this is a role that involves constant interaction with customers. When you choose this job, you know you will be seeing a large number of people every day, and part of the responsibility is keeping your attitude in check. Customers should not be picking up on irritation or impatience, especially during a simple drink order. You never know what someone is dealing with, and a negative interaction can affect people more than you realize. This experience was completely different from the usual environment at this location, which is why I am mentioning it. I hope it was a one time issue, because the rest of the staff has always been welcoming and easy to interact with.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
