- ACAlejandro Castellanos5 days ago1.0The coffee is bad, not enjoyable what so ever. All the drinks rely on gimmicks to get you to order. Customer service was nice enough. But the location is horrible, too much traffic, not enough drive through space, non existent parking. I went yesterday and waited 20 minutes in line for coffee. What’s the point of having a drive through only location that isn’t fast?? I will not be going back, and I recommend you save your time and your money and go elsewhere.

They need to figure out a different way for the drive through because they tell you to go behind a certain car but other cars don’t listen? Then the person at the window is confused and is handing me the wrong drink.

Did a mobile order today and couldn’t even get into the parking lot or find any spots close by so had to just give up and leave my order. There was a line going into the street to get in - just be aware before you order ahead.

Went to this location twice to get it and both times they didn't put my soft top on it and the second time they did not add my coconut milk and charged me almost a dollar extra for the drink. I will not be going back to this location and just stick to Cypress when I'm in the area.

When I tried to call to get a refund there's no way to get in touch with the store. I was really excited for them to open in the neighborhood but seriously?! With this is id guess id rather get the subpar drinks at starbucks.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!
What kids drinks do you offer?

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
