- SSsandyDec 23, 20255.0i’ve been coming here for the past couple of months and i can truly say briah ( i think that how you spell it) is one of the sweetest people i’ve ever met. the other day i can through crying because i had just found out my sister had cancer and talking to her made my whole mood change, because she actually stopped and listened to me and gave me encouraging words. I don’t think she realize how much of a difference she make. Every time I come through Dutch Bros, she genuinely lighten my day. Even during one of the toughest times in my life, her kindness, energy, and sincerity helped me get through it more than she’ll ever know. It wasn’t just about the coffee. i look for her every time i go there!

TODAY I went early morning, had my window half way down and this employee(big back girl) says “I’m not doing her drinks until she puts her window down”. I had my window down about 6 inches because I was cold, I clearly heard her so I proceeded to roll the window down all the way and I told her that I could hear her because I did have my window somewhat down but she also didn’t approach the window AS SHE SHOULD. All she said was “OH”. She bearly wanted to hand my drinks to me, they almost fell (I had a cup holder), and didn’t say anything else. Not even a have a good morning, nothing because she had a whole attitude the whole time. She still got out drinks wrong but whatever. What’s funny is that my daughter and I were admiring how she did her job and she wanted to be rude. This has never happened. The girls are always so sweet and cool, I literally always carry a conversation with all of them.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
