- MMMarkDec 8, 20252.0Coffee tasted bad and I didn't end up drinking. Order was incorrect and they did poor job of listening and then telling me what I ordered. They don't accept Amex so can't even get the credit for this visit with the Dunkin Amex perk.

I went around the drive through for my order Karen either didnt know the menu or straight lied as i had asked for a mint tea. She said they dont have any available. As i go up to the pick up window i confirm with the next employee if they have mint tea currently. She said they are out of stock. The interaction seemed suspicious as i have worked in restaurants with lazy employees i felt this was just a tactic. Testing if they actually had the tea i drove away, parked, and then ordered through the app the mint tea i was trying to order. Repeated transactions like this with employees like that will reduce your ticket average per customer just due to lazy staff. I can attest this location would have more in sales if they could hire the right people. The item was available and i walked up to get it so they had to embarrassingly make me the item they just lied about not having. How hard is hot water and a tea bag with no add ons?
