We drive 20 minutes, happily, just to get our order done correctly at this specific location. Whatever the manager is doing, he needs to keep doing because its working!

She first instructed me to pull up to the window and then informed me that since I had placed my order through Uber, I needed to come inside. This was unusual because I had never encountered a situation where I had to enter the store to pick up my order. I didn’t say anything and parked my car, then went inside. To my surprise, my order was already ready and placed right next to the drive-through window. The woman then told me that I can pick it up from there. She could have easily handed it over to me, but she refused. It was ridiculous.

Yesterday, I purchased a cookie latte and asked for a small cup of water for my baby. When I got to the window, I was shocked to see a 40-cent charge for water. That feels incredibly petty. After spending over $6, being charged for a small water is unacceptable. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. I will be deleting the app and taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of coffee shops closer to my home that value their customers more.
