Not only did you ruin my order that I placed for delivery, but also another person’s because of negligence. How do you have the correct receipt on the outside of the bag, but someone else’s order in the bag. I ordered 2 iced coffees and received this. On top of that, you can’t get through when trying to call so there’s that. So now I have to pay an additional service fee to re-order. I frequent here because they’re literally right up the road, and I feel I shouldn’t have to go out of my way because they can’t get it together. But the overall customer service, especially drive thru is terrible. Do better.
