    Looks abandoned inside and out. No outside lights, windows spray painted black, inside under construction. Was scared to even order a coffee.

    Very disappointed with my last visit. My very simple order of 3 frosted donuts was inaccurate. When I tried to correct it the staff had an issue with it. Seems like a recurring problem that orders are not correct which was the original reason why stopped going to this location. Definitely not going back.

    Ordered delivery today and my order was entirely wrong. The half dozen donuts were missing, the sausage egg and cheese instead had bacon and hash browns in it? It seems zero attention was paid to what I specifically ordered and paid for. Not okay to give the customer whatever you decide and not communicate in advance or provide any alternatives. Will not order here again. I try to support local businesses but shouldn’t have to give up basic customer service expectations in order to do so.

    Dunkin Donuts is my favorite place to get donuts! Now this way my first time at this location and they only had "leftover" donuts. These donuts had bugs flying around them and after asking for fresh ones, they didn't have any to offer. I'm not sure if this location is going out of business but not a great way to present to the customers. This location needs Regional to step in and make changes ASAP.
