  Had a very startling experience here. An employee, Victoria, was terribly rude, aggressive, and physically violent towards another customer. This was the most jarring "customer service" I've ever witnessed.

  No matter what they run out of something. Last time I came they didn't have blueberry munchkin. Whatever that makes sense, they make it fresh. Now they have no refresher no flavors whatsoever, not mango blueberry or the strawberry and its 4pm. When they had pumpkin spice latte, which they have every winter and fall, it tasted barely like pumpkin and wasn't sweet at all. My other dunkins give me whipped cream but this just don't.

  If I could give this location -0 STARS I WOULD , on 02/07 I was noticing a consistent change in staff and I am /WAS a regular at this location I inquired about the help wanted reference I received and was directed to the career website to Complete an application upon doing so I had received and email stating I had “next step” to complete and to reach out at my earliest conveniences I did so and was given the phone of an employee who happened where she made conversation with the other party and laughed gave me her cell Phone and a women who I kno to be “ Chayneen brown or “MISS BROWN” She said and I been here for three years I’m jus telling u what the manager gone tell you ( referring to) Roman or Ronald not sure however he is a heavy set Hispanic male who later came after closing out the first register closest to the exit of the lobby area I was told to wait only to be humiliated in front of others who witnessed it at the drive thru and will be making complaints as well this was unprofessional and discriminatory towards my community and I am going to make sure this escalates to its fullest potential even if that means legal representation I was told I don’t seem tough or fit enough to be there “especially “ If your a rehire we don’t do no rehiring “ by Chaneen brown. Or miss brown at 1:11 pm I’ll never forget it I am suffering from embarrassment and mental anguish from this experience I hope they find a better routine other then this one if I do come back to this location It could be with because it’s the last place on the street in business guys just go To another location. This place is not friendly

  I've come to this restaurant often,as I'm a store manager at a store near hereand received a frozen refresher. I came today and was told by Christina that I couldn't get the 4 I was purchasing for myself and staff frozen. Disappointed. Different shifts do different things I guess because I normally come in the morning.

  Horrible customer service experience this morning. I think the white girl that works there should realize you on the wrong side of town for running your mouth. I think she should be reprimanded and or fired. You just lost a customer because of her. I don't think your employees should be standing around having conversations when their orders the pass out to customers. I will not be returning anymore.
