  My sister and I waited 35 minutes for two iced coffee drinks and the staff of only 3 workers got confused. between orders of Sutton patrons and the drive through, they forgot about our order. At that time we inquired about our drinks again. Afterwards, one worker handed handed my sister a large sweetened oatmilk drink. At that point one worker looked at the poor quality of the latte and said he’d fix it…Then he forgot about the drink altogether!🤬!! We asked “what’s going on here?” One of the workers claimed the coffee brewing machine broke down. “They should have simply said it was broken before we ordered instead of handing my sister a subpar sweetened oatmilk drink after a ridiculously long wait time!” Zero critical thinking ability! We just walked out not even wanting to bother with asking for a refund. Another patron had stated to us that the service at this location is just horrendous. Well, we’ll just avoid all Dunkin’ Donuts locations in the future and just pay a bit more for Starbuck coffee and better service.

  If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is horrible. Standing there for a while and no line. Nobody says anything

  I came to drive through at 8:47 they close at 9, I’m aware they close in 13 minutes but I was waiting by the speaker and no one has came been 3 minutes and there was people inside so I go up to the window, and this lady staring at me basically making these odd facial expressions like “please no”. So I’m waiting because I’d rather have someone speak to me and this other man was looking at her and she basically was trying to deny to open up the window. He finally opened and I said I thought y’all close at 9 you can’t make one order and he said that’s what my manager said. So your manager told you to close 15 minutes early you’re an establishment those are your business hours. Why are you still inside if you’re “closed” just standing there. They’re just waiting for the clock to turn 9. By the way Starbucks has never done this.

  Why are the doors always locked in the morning. What good is ordering a coffee online to pick up early if you have to wait behind a line of cars because they keep the doors locked all the time!
