  Placed my order on the app to “skip the wait” like you advertise just to wait 12 minutes for my drink. I was standing there while I watched 18 cars go through the drive through (yes I counted) Meanwhile when I had placed my order the drive through was empty. This was completely dismissive and made me late for work. I will not be returning to a place of false advertising, I would have been better off going through the drive through and it would’ve taken 2 minutes. Or just have gone to Starbucks for that matter. 0/10. Drink wasn’t even good either.

  Ordered two iced coffees with cream and liquid sugar, plus donuts. I repeated the order several times at the speaker because it didn’t seem like the employee was following, and then someone else took over. When I got to the window, the coffees looked wrong immediately the color was off in a way that usually means it’s going to taste bad. I took one sip and there was granulated sugar sitting at the bottom, not liquid sugar. I told the employee at the window that the order was wrong. He looked at me and said, “The sticker says liquid sugar,” essentially calling me a liar. I held the cup up and showed him the sugar sitting at the bottom. They attempted to remake the drinks multiple times, and somehow each attempt was still wrong. The staff appeared completely unorganized and unable to communicate with each other. I eventually asked for a refund because the coffee simply tasted bad. A different employee came to process the refund and was rude and pushy, while another employee was still trying to help but clearly wasn’t being communicated with. Overall, this location was a mess, disorganized staff, poor communication, rude behavior, and no real customer service.

  One of my favorite spots to go for a morning coffee and kolache! The staff here is super fast and efficient!

  My son and I go here every Friday. The staff is very polite and our orders have been very consistent.

  i usually go to the one on scarsdale but i went to this one since i was in the area last night. the coffee was great but i was not met with good service. the guy that was working the drive through was not friendly and had an attitude and made me feel unwelcome or like i was doing something wrong for ordering a coffee. i’m usually not one to complain either but i have so much empathy for food service workers since i work food service as well but the attitude was completely dismissive and disrespectful. will not be returning and i had 100 days of free coffee at this location and it sucks because id love to get my free coffees but not if it comes with a side of attitude!!!
