- AEAdaeze EzeNov 10, 20251.0I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location on Monday, November 10th, around 11:30 a.m. through the drive-thru. I ordered a meal and a green iced matcha latte. When I arrived at the window, I requested light ice, since I noticed that drinks were being filled mostly with ice. Instead of remaking the drink, the server, Ann, manually scooped out the ice, which is unsanitary and unprofessional. I politely asked for the drink to be remade, and she told me to pull forward. When I went inside to follow up, I overheard staff whispering that they were just going to give me the same drink again and not remake it. I was then told that their manager said if they put less ice, they can’t fill the drink to the top for the size purchased—which makes no sense and is misleading to customers. To make matters worse, they claimed the manager was present when they clearly were not. I ultimately requested a refund because of the poor service and dishonesty. This experience was very disappointing and not a good reflection of Dunkin’ Donuts’ standards. I do not plan to return to this location and would not recommend it to others.
