  A bit slow. But it's fine the donuts and drinks make up for it and the People at the counter were not rude and the floor was clean, smooth and not damaged and I loves the style of the dunkin donut.

  Please don't go to this dunkin donuts. I have been here like 2-3 times and each time has been horrible. The service isn't that great and I understand that the customer is not always right, but in this case, they don't even have the right attitude to begin with. I would recommend you drive a bit farther and get a good iced coffee and treat to avoid the service and receiving your wrong drink.

  This morning, I visited to pick up a breakfast item and requested a bag because the staff member, Valerie, carelessly placed my item on the counter. When I asked her for a bag, she hesitated, prompting me to request it again. She then yanked the item from the counter, slammed the bag open, tossed my item inside, and handed it to me with a dismissive attitude. I thanked Valerie for her service, but she ignored me. I then wished her a good day, yet she continued to ignore me. Her attitude was unprofessional, and if she is dissatisfied with her job, she should consider finding employment elsewhere.

  Seems like I’m not the only one that had an unpleasant experience with the employees. Extremely rude and rushed me even though I was the only one there.

  Lady had an immediate attitude and was rushing me at the drive thru when they weren’t even busy. Customer service was terrible. Ruined the whole experience.
